Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by all major credit cards.
We only accept credit card details through our secure online shop or over the phone.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Shipping Policy
Where we receive no instructions to the contrary with your order, we will dispatch your ordered goods within 24hrs of being placed, subject to stock availability. Your goods should arrive within 1-3 days. It may, however, on occasion take up to 7 days for delivery.
Where the incorrect shipping option has been selected, we reserve the right to correct this and will not ship goods until payment for outstanding amounts has been settled. Where the wrong shipping option selected is to your financial disadvantage, we aim to refund the difference promptly.
Tax Charges
At present our service is open for trade within the UK only.
VAT is incl. in all prices where applicable at the standard
rate of 15% for the UK. Should you require a VAT statement
on your invoice, please contact our offices.

We can arrange for our courier company to collect from you if you decide you no longer wish to purchase the goods, this is made at a cost (usually £10).
