Ingredients: Pure local Dartmoor Spring Water, Fair-Trade Golden Unrefined Sugar, Baobab Fruit Powder.

More like a puree than a jam proper its texture thicker than honey and has been described as reminiscent of apricots, lemon curd, caramel pear with an after tone of passionfruit.
